The view was amazing. The team carried our luggage down many steps to the hotel. I appreciated this assistance a lot! Jenny gave us a rundown of the area. This rundown contained a map and a welcome to the area.
The shower wasn't clean! The photos of the room didn't match the room that I got. It looks like I received an 'upgrade' to a room with a larger balcony and an outdoor spa.
