The room was very clean. It met my basic expectations for cleanliness.
The hot water in the sink was almost non-existent, frustrating. The toilet seat would not stay up, and it kept falling down. This was unhygienic. There was not enough room to sit on the toilet. My knees were hitting the shower screen.

Fantastic Location and Great Amenities

I found the room impressively clean upon arrival. The location at the back of the hotel ensured peace and quiet. Beds felt very comfortable, and the bedding was fresh and clean. Complimentary tea, coffee, and snacks were a welcome addition, and I appreciated the mini fridge.
The bathroom felt rather cramped, and legroom was limited when using the toilet. It took several minutes for the hot water tap in the bathroom to function properly (I followed the instructions on the wall). I wish they could improve this issue.

adequate, but not without issues

the room was bigger than i anticipated, with a decent amount of cupboard and wardrobe space.
the bathroom situation was not great. there was barely any legroom when using the toilet. plus, the hot water tap in the bathroom hardly worked at all, even after i let it run for ages as the sign suggested. that was just great, wasn't it?
