Decent stay near attractions
helpful staff good location welcome gift small room tiny elevator no refrigerator
The hotel is located within walking distance of the eiffel tower. The staff members were quite helpful when i needed assistance. The room was neat. It included a welcome gift of macarons.
The room i had was quite small, which limited movement. The elevator was also quite tiny. The hotel lacked a refrigerator in the room.

mixed experience , some issues noted
faulty temperature control missing refrigerator
i found a couple of issues . the temperature control in the room did not work properly , causing some discomfort. there was also no refrigerator in the room , a standard amenity i expected.

The hotel staff were courteous. They provided a turndown service that included a comfort item. The beds were SO comfortable!!!

a pleasant stay near the eiffel tower
quiet room complimentary toiletries good selection quick service
the double room with a courtyard view was quiet and well kept. i appreciated the complimentary toiletries from l'occitane. the buffet breakfast had a good selection of pastries and hot items. the staff was always available and fulfilled my requests quickly.
the elevator felt a little shaky during operation.

poor insulation high price
The room was too small for my comfort. I could hear my neighbors clear as day. The sound insulation isn't good. Breakfast wasn't a great experience either, and I think the price was just too high for what they provide. I won't be going back, certainly not.

Perfect Stay Near Iconic Landmark
macarons treat personalized note good choices great location
The staff provided a cute note with delicious macarons upon my arrival. I returned each day to a personalized note accompanied by a foot cream. Breakfast offers very good choices of food. The location is near the metro station and tourist spots.
