skiing convenience and supermarket access.
perfect location indoor parking friendly staff
the location is perfect! it's right on the slopes. a supermarket nearby made getting supplies so easy. the apartment had everything needed including ski lockers, breakfast service, and indoor parking. friendly staff.
the jacuzzi and sauna were not included. i was surprised there was an extra cost for those facilities. even the foosball table for kids had an additional fee.

The staff went out of their way to assist. there is a ski and boots locker available at the ski in-ski out door. bubble accessibility allows easy access to all areas and even val d'isere. Beginner slopes can be reached this way.

unclean area unhelpful staff
the ski rental store was convenient.
the communal area wasn't clean when i walked in and the staff were not helpful at all. the room reeked of disinfectant. i wouldn't stay here again.

a ski dream come true!!!
ski lockers rental shop comfy rooms
the ski lockers are convenient next to the rental shop and ski-in and ski-out access is so easy. the facilities are excellent and the rooms are wonderfully comfy. i found the heated ski boot racks especially useful for dry boots every morning. it enhanced my ski experience.
The elevators could sometimes be slow during peak hours. I just factored in a little extra time.

The hotel enjoys direct access to the ski slope. This made it easy to begin my skiing each day. a spar is just a short, three-minute walk away. This offered a convenient option for groceries. the views were wonderful.

i found the restaurant staff very friendly and helpful whenever i dined there. i enjoyed several dinners there and also took prepared food from there to the apartment. the food was AMAZING!!!

The staff were really good too assist. This created a cute atmosphere. when i requested assistance with the kitchen appliances, a staff member gave a clear demonstration in the apartment. i appreciated the prompt attention to my needs.
