The hotel's location near the lifts proved convenient. the staff were very helpful. They promptly addressed all requests. the breakfast provided a good variety. I found ample choices to start my day.
the television remote in my room did not function properly.

The location is ski-in and ski-out. Getting on the slopes was pain-free. the food was excellent, i enjoyed the breakfast and suppers with delicious steamed fish and pineapple ravioli. i really appreciated the hammam and sauna every evening after a day of skiing!

This hotel offers a ski room, a restaurant, a hammam and a sauna which i used every day after skiing. a pool. The hotel is close to palafour chairlift, the gondola to toviere, and the rosset beginner lifts.

The staff was friendly, attentive, and efficient, really caring people! they supported all my needs and were great too ensure my stay was enjoyable. They were always available and ready to assist, i think.

The hotel has a fabulous location near the lifts and many shops! ski rental outlets and the lift ticket office are nearby. a free bus to other local areas. It's also close to restaurants and a minimarket, very convenient i thought.

Mixed experience due to room issues
inconsistent temperaturebroken remote
The room temperature was inconsistent. It was excessively hot upon arrival, reaching almost 29 degrees, because it was near the sauna, then dropped drastically overnight to below 13 degrees. The television remote was also broken. It was replaced, BUT it still failed to function correctly. This made me unplug the TV to switch it off.

The hotel is very close to several ski lifts (making it easy to access multiple ski routes). There are also many restaurants and bars nearby. The breakfasts were good and the staff were friendly and supportive.
