okay facilities and friendly staff

i found the spa very relaxing. the jacuzzi and sauna were so nice. staff was always friendly too. the breakfast was pretty good with lots of options.
i had to use the stairs for 3 days to get to the third floor. also, there were not many hand weights at the gym. this was a little disappointing.

Kavita and Daniel provided a warm welcome. They always greeted me with a smile and were quick to assist with any questions. The room upgrade on day one was a wonderful surprise. All the reception staff were helpful.
English breakfast tea was not available and subtitles were absent on the TV. This was a small inconvenience.

i did wish there was english breakfast tea. subtitles on the tv would be a plus too, but not a big deal.

it was just a short walk to the metro for access to paris. a bus stop right outside offered alternatives. the area safety was good to walk around at any time.
