The double room was wonderfully clean. It had fresh-smelling linens. the pub downstairs had a lovely, cute atmosphere, and the staff were so attentive. i found it easy to relax there after my long journey. the location was convenient for visiting local attractions.
The pre-packaged breakfast in the room felt a little impersonal. I yearned for a freshly made option.

friendly staff clean room easy parking
the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was clean and cozy, really. i found parking easily and was close to the places i wanted visit. the festive feel during christmas, really lovely.
The fire alarm did woke me up early. It was quite a shock.

The room was clean and quite spacious. A breakfast tray was provided. It included fruit and chocolate bars. The restaurant provided excellent meals. I would visit it again.

the room felt clean with a comfy bed. the on-site pub and restaurant were great. i found many choices on the menu and the prices looked very affordable.
i noticed limited toiletries in the room, which wasn't a big problem as i had my own. just a point to note for future.

clean bedroom fresh bedding accommodating host safe bag storage
The bedroom and ensuite were clean and the bedding smelled freshly washed. Kev, the host, was very accommodating. He ensured we had keys early and allowed us to leave our bags safely in the room. He also confirmed we were happy with our accommodation.. I found this reassuring.
The pre-packed breakfast items were good, but a cafe on site in the mornings would be a good addition.

unexpected breakfast street noise
the staff were lovely and the room was clean enough.
The breakfast was not what i expected. It was just some fruit and porridge in the room. i also found the noise from the nearby pub quite disruptive. there was quite a bit of street noise later in the evening, so sleep was difficult.
