The bedroom and ensuite were clean and the bedding smelled freshly washed. Kev, the host, was very accommodating. He ensured we had keys early and allowed us to leave our bags safely in the room. He also confirmed we were happy with our accommodation.. I found this reassuring.

the staff were lovely and the room was clean enough.
The breakfast was not what i expected. It was just some fruit and porridge in the room. i also found the noise from the nearby pub quite disruptive. there was quite a bit of street noise later in the evening, so sleep was difficult.
