the room offered both windows that could be opened and air conditioning. the spa services were accessible late into the evening. i particularly enjoyed the tea and fresh juices at breakfast. the location was convenient with supermarkets close by.
towels were missing from the room on the last day.

the staff remembered us immediately and accommodated an early check-in by three hours. all of the staff members were very attentive. they accommodated all of our needs and requests promptly.

the on-site pool requires a reservation, giving you exclusive access for 45 minutes. other parts of the spa remain open throughout the day. the spa treatment was performed in the pool room and was amazing!!!

the location was very convenient. i found many good restaurants within walking distance. a supermarket was right on the same street. the bed was great, and i slept soundly each night.
the pillows were not comfortable, and i could hear noises from the adjacent room.
