the room was lovely and clean it was well decorated i found plenty of space even with the sofa bed open the shower was great i saw it included a rainfall shower head
the staff was not very friendly and they left us to wait a long time after we arrived

the location was decent, with relatively easy access to public transport.
The room felt cramped (i guess they all do in paris), and the soundproofing was practically non-existent. I could hear everything my neighbors did. the staff weren't particularly cute. When i asked for an extra blanket, i was directed to go get it myself from reception. no "good morning" or any greeting, just a request for my room number.

the room was modern. it was also quiet, and i appreciated that. the housekeeping staff made the beds daily (that was a nice touch). the staff i interacted with spoke english well,.
I found the location a bit inconvenient. it is outside the city center. Getting there took approximately 40 minutes. i also noticed that there was no body lotion in the bathroom (i usually expect that).
