clean and modern stay near ueno
great locationclean hoteluseful amenitiesfresh towels
i found the location excellent, especially for access to ueno park and major train lines. the hotel was clean. the lobby had drinks and snacks available. i also appreciated new towels left each morning, even though there wasn't full daily cleaning.
the air conditioning wasn't as effective as i wanted. there was limited control over the temperature. this became a small issue on warmer days.

the room had soundproofing. it contained everything i needed and a full size bathroom. there was a nice, large tub in the bathroom that i used. the shampoo, conditioner, and other toiletries had very nice scents.

the staff seemed very friendly. i thought that they were quite efficient . if i needed assistance, someone was always readily available. i would stay again because of the helpful staff.

the hotel has a good proximity to both the jr station and ueno park. there are multiple conbini close to the hotel. bath salts were in the lobby to take to their rooms. the location is just steps away from the subway.
