the bed was comfortable. i found charging points on both sides of the bed (it was very useful!). there was also complimentary ice cream in the lobby (a nice touch).

The staff helped with ordering items online. They even offered to collect the goods. The staff also arranged a taxi to the airport. I found this helpful.
The room was indeed small for two people. There was limited space to open suitcases inside the room.

Convenient Location and Great Amenities

I really appreciated the hotel's proximity to gluten free t's kitchen. It's just up the road. there were also three convenience stores on the same street, a very convenient feature. i found an american style pizza bar about 800m away, called pizzakaya, and it offered gluten free pizzas and chicken wings.
I had to pay 500 yen for each extra towel. It seemed strange because new towels were provided daily. a tour guide also confirmed that charging for extra towels is unusual.

the hotel is close to the train station, so navigation was easy. several shops and restaurants are nearby, providing many options for dining and shopping. roppongi station is a short walk away, offering access to various parts of the area.

mixed feelings about this hotel

dry airloud alarm
the room felt quite stuffy i asked for a humidifier but it barely worked the air felt very dry i had a rash and chapped lips because of the lack of moisture also opening the window triggered a really loud alarm i needed fresh air it was hard to sleep well

I loved the free ice cream machine. It offered a sweet treat after returning to the hotel each day. the location was fantastic, especially with the easy metro access. the staff helped us a lot when we sent our luggage to the next place, it made things so easy.
the rooms are tiny, it really is small. this made it difficult to move around comfortably with luggage. i think that bigger rooms make things easier for the guests.
