deactivated card lift access
the pool towels were complimentary
i requested early check-in and late check-out, but my access card was deactivated before i had finished removing my belongings from the room i had to make two trips back to reception and they only reactivated my key for the lift not the room

parking was convenient and accessing the room was easy with the lifts. i received an upgrade to a two-bedroom apartment with ocean views and a 180-degree view. the rooftop garden was nice and provided a place to enjoy the sun. staff promptly addressed a bed issue.

amazing view clean room complimentary parking
i stayed in a one-bedroom apartment ocean view. the view was amazing from the terrace rooftop anytime of day. the room had everything i needed and was very clean. complimentary parking was good too.
Digging began at 6am.

lovely view helpful staff clean room freezing pool street noise
The location is awesome. I walked right to the beach. the view was lovely. danielle was helpful and very accommodating to my needs. all the staff were very helpful. I loved how clean the room was!
we got woken up at 5am every morning. the noise from the street at night was also really bad. Boy racers were so loud. the pool was freezing, such a shame.
