Really good Stay, A True Oasis
attentive staff rooftop terrace
The staff's attentiveness stood out. They proactively addressed needs and provided prompt service. The rooftop terrace offered AMAZING views and a relaxed atmosphere. I appreciated the airport pickup. It made arrival seamless and stress-free. The riad provided a quiet escape from the city's bustle.
The room lighting was dim, made reading difficult in the evenings. I had trouble finding sufficient outlets for charging my devices.

smooth transfer delicious breakfast
the airport transfer was smooth someone met me and handled my luggage the breakfasts were generous and delicious i appreciated the full bar and the availability of wine with dinner.
the room had few electrical outlets making charging devices slightly inconvenient

oasis of calm and culture
spacious room clean room morning breakfast rooftop views
the room, a beautiful room, was spacious and very clean. the air conditioning worked perfectly, a huge plus. breakfast each morning by the pool started the day right. the rooftop terrace offered very nice views.
I noticed only a slight delay once when ordering a drink at the poolside bar. It was a busy time.

The staff offered consistent, friendly assistance. they helped with directions and provided useful information about local customs. i felt very welcome and well taken care of . They were amazing!!!

dark room broken toilet
the staff were helpful when i needed directions, good.
my room was really dark. it only had a small window, disappointing because i like natural light. also, the toilet handle was broken and nobody repaired it . it made flushing difficult.

limited outlets steep staircases
the transfer upon arrival was smooth. someone awaited me to help with luggage and guided me to the location.
The electrical situation was a mess. i needed to charge my phone, but the outlets were so limited, i couldn't use the light at the same time. this was inconvenient. also, the narrow and steep staircases weren't ideal. I found them hard to navigate with luggage.
