I appreciated the location. it is very central and also very peaceful inside. the roofdeck offers great views. It feels like a peaceful escape. the staff is friendly. hamza upgraded our room. i am grateful for our wonderful stay.

the rugs don't seem to have been cleaned in a while. this was a bit disappointing. a deeper cleaning would make the place even better.

The room was clean. It included air conditioning which worked.

I had issues with the shower. The drain was slow. Water pooled on the floor after a short time. The staff also seemed generally uninterested in addressing my concerns, which I did not appreciate.

The room was spacious and beautifully designed. It was also very clean (which is a big plus for me!). The beds were comfy, and I slept very well. The rooftop offers great views, especially nice in the morning and evening. The staff was wonderful and very attentive to all my requests.

The rugs in the room looked like they haven't been cleaned in a while.

The location is central. It gives you easy access to main tourist areas. Jemma el Fanaa square is very close, and everything is within walking distance. The surroundings are peaceful once you are inside.

The service was really good. The staff were always ready to help with anything I needed. One staff member was excellent (Hamza), he was helpful and attentive to details, and always had a smile.

the location was quite central. it made exploring the area easy. the breakfast included was good with a variety of options. the rooftop terrace offered nice views.

the room smelled of sewage at times. i think it came from the bathroom drains. the shower drained slowly. i had to wait a while for the water to go down.

The air conditioning barely worked. It was AUGUST and the room was uncomfortably warm. also, the bathroom had a persistent sewage smell That was really unpleasant. i reported both issues, but they weren't fixed , disappointing. i expected better for the price. THE breakfast was okay, but very monotonous.
