i found the staff helpful and friendly. the breakfast offered a generous selection, setting a high standard. the location was ideal, providing easy access to key attractions and transport.
i noticed that soundproofing could be improved, as street noise was sometimes audible.

The team looked after guests well. The riad are beautiful inside. The restaurant breakfast and food was good. Overall I couldn't recommend it more.
I booked this hotel some time ago with Hind and he asked that I place a deposit for the room. Hind assured me the deposit was refundable so long as I cancelled before 30 days of arrival. They have not refunded my deposit after my cancellation.

slow service wrong room
The room was NOT what i expected. I booked a room with specific features , but i got something different. The staff WAS slow to respond to my requests. I had to ask multiple times for basic services.
