Acceptable Stay, but with Issues
rooftop pooldirty sheetsjacuzzi problem
The rooftop pool provided a space to sunbathe, though securing a spot required arriving by midday.
The sheets had hair and stains from previous guests, which I found unacceptable (so much for cleanliness). The jacuzzi did not work properly, disappointing.

I enjoyed the friendly attitude of the security and reception staff! I especially thank the security guard and Sakeena from the spa. Their kindness.
The upstairs pool was a bit too shallow for proper swimming.

The hotel provided a transfer from the airport for 150 dirham and communication was great. The staff were friendly. The staff were easy to talk to, and they prepared a packed breakfast for my early departure to the airport.

The location was fantastic. I found it easy to walk to Medina within 25 minutes and taxis to the Medina were just 50 dirham for a 5 minute ride. Public transport was nearby, and the hotel was within walking distance of Medina. The hotel was also close to restaurants and cafés.

The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel was nice and quiet. I had a balcony with my room and the room had a large closet with a mirror front. The rooms were great, so nice and spacious!

Breakfast had many options. I found a super pool on the roof. Badtücher were provided for the pool area. The rooftop terrace was large and had a beautiful mountain view. I also enjoyed a massage !

i had some issues, unfortunately. the first aid box was missing. i was promised welcome drinks and a spa discount, but i never got them. i think i deserve a refund!!! the hammam was more of an exfoliation, so it misled me. the bathroom had a leaky problem, too. what a catastrophe!

The staff provided superb housekeeping services, the room was cleaned daily without request. I found the rooftop pool area relaxing. The lobby was spacious.

The hotel is close to several restaurants and food spots. This made dining very convenient. The location allowed easy access around the city. I could walk to the old city in under twenty minutes.
