The breakfast was amazing and it included omelettes. There WERE pastries, fruit, salad, juices and cereals. EVERYONE provided great service. The location in the medina is great AND it is very close to major sites. It is also very quiet, great.
The SPA was very private, great, but somewhat difficult to FIND.

EVERY staff member was lovely and super helpful. They helped to organise a hot air balloon trip which was once in a lifetime amazing! I loved every minute! IT was prepared with great care.

I was grateful for the riad's peaceful atmosphere. All the necessities were available. I found many spots for relaxation. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable, with effective air conditioning and a sizable bathroom.
I experienced an issue with the dinner arrangement. It seemed unprepared, despite my reservation request. This created a slight inconvenience .

The staff was polite and helpful. They always addressed my requests quickly. Airport transportation was arranged smoothly by the reception staff. The manager, Ebtesam, was always smiling and willing to assist in any way possible.

The room was a Beautiful Suite and very large in size. The riad had very nice rooms. My room design had a perfect blend of clean style and traditional decor. The air conditioning worked effectively. The bathroom was big.

Breakfast offered varied options and plentiful portions. I found that the breakfast was delicious and served on an outdoor terrace. Upon arrival, i enjoyed the mint tea and cookies. It was a nice touch.
