Hisham gave a very thorough orientation to the medina upon arrival. He found solutions to every need WE had . The riad is super clean and well maintained.
The rooms had no sound proofing at all. IT was noisy.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. breakfast was delicious. I especially enjoyed the variety of fresh fruits each morning. the idrisside suite i stayed in was very clean and spacious!
my room faced an inner courtyard and i noticed some noise from other guests early in the morning. paying only in cash was a bit inconvenient. some areas could benefit from minor repairs, such as fresh paint.

The staff provided helpful advice about navigating the area. (This was actually very useful).
I was not able to sleep. I tried to ignore it, but the noise persisted, disturbing my rest. The noise issue needs addressing, maybe with better soundproofing.

Isham was kind, a Wonderful Man. He ensured I had everything i needed . The riad is beautiful, it is restored immaculately and decorated tastefully. It was also nice and COOL on the ground floor, with a refreshing POOL to dip my feet in.
the walls was VERY thin. i could hear other guests conversations.

the staff arranged taxi collection from the airport. the breakfast was excellent and fresh. the staff were very helpful and polite. i found a beautiful rooftop terrace. the rooftop had a wonderful view. i got calm and well appointed rooms, spotlessly clean.
the website indicated card payments were accepted, but i was told i had to pay in cash. this caught me unprepared. the room had no sound proofing. a family below woke me up early every morning, screaming and crying. it impacted my rest .

i liked the spacious rooms. they were also very clean. breakfast was freshly cooked. i also enjoyed the welcome advice i received on getting around safely.
the rooms did not have sound proofing. a family stayed below us and woke us up early. screaming and crying continued until they left the riad.

the location provided great access. i found souks and main tourist areas nearby. navigation of the surrounding medina was simple. calmer parts of the medina are very close by, that was very convenient.
