authentic architecture easy access best meal
The architecture of this building is authentic. The location provides easy access to many places by foot. I had lunch on the rooftop and it was one of the best meals I had (especially the tagine!).
The room I booked did not have any exterior windows.

the breakfast on the rooftop was good.
staff initially denied the room upgrade existed, and then offered a suite that smelled damp. the owner also refused to honor the late checkout that was part of the original offer.

lovely breakfast beautiful room amazing staff
the breakfast on the roof terrace was a good start to each day the room featured beautiful décor. the staff demonstrated amazing service and were always available. they helped arrange excursions.

a sweet escape
attentive staff spa experience tranquil charm water hall
The staff was genuinely attentive. i felt cared for and welcomed during my entire visit. the spa hammam experience was divine, such a wonderful professional team! the rooms, decorated in 15th-century style, offered a tranquil charm i so enjoyed. the downstairs water hall provided quality moments for relaxation. It was dreamy.
the riad is located centrally, though finding a taxi nearby during peak hours sometimes proved a bit challenging.

the riad offers a rooftop terrace with a cozy pool. breakfast is available daily in the charming dining area, a great way to start each day. i found it very relaxing.

unfulfilled upgrade shortened checkout
I was quite disappointed with a few aspects . firstly, the promised room upgrade never materialized. i had booked based on this offer, however, upon arrival, i was given a standard room instead. It was not the upgraded room i anticipated. later, i noticed a distinct damp smell in the suite offered as a replacement, made me decline the change. also, the late checkout i was supposed to receive was shortened, causing some inconvenience.
