helpful staffclogged drainrepetitive meals
the staff was helpful during check-in, offering a smooth start to the stay.
The sink drain in my room was completely clogged. Water backed up immediately when i turned on the faucet. i reported it, and a technician came, but the problem persisted throughout my stay. additionally, there was limited food variety during lunch and dinner. The meals became quite repetitive after a few days.

The staff was very attentive and caring. we got upgraded to superior rooms, it was like having a lovely flat to ourselves. there was a front room, two bathrooms, a massive balcony, a window terrace, a massive bed, and huge wardrobes. Just amazing.
the entertainment was poor. the speaker was blown and too loud. the drink selection and quality was disappointing. they were often running out of beer and wine too. the plug in the sink and bath was not working and it wasn't fixed despite asking on the first day.
