staff unprofessionalism
The lack of professionalism from most of the staff was a problem, except for Yves, who is really good. The dinner was inedible. I am holding back my words, despite the beauty of the rooftop terrace.

oasis of romance in the heart of it all

the location was perfect. i found myself steps away from the main square, with countless restaurants available. the rooftop terrace and pool became a sanctuary during the intense heat. brahim helped me with an excursion issue and i am grateful.
the room lacked some expected amenities like water. i found this surprising, as other accommodations provided these.

the rooms were spacious offering a clean environment to unwind after a long day. my bathroom was also clean with the shower functioning well, it was really nice. towels could use replacement.

the rooftop area became my favorite spot offering relaxation after shopping. i appreciated the hot tub and the pool on the roof. the hotel being close to main attractions was convenient.

the room was quite small and lacked amenities. i missed having tea and coffee in the room. noise from other guests was disruptive at night.
