The staff was helpful.

The room I had was not what I expected. Photos showed a wardrobe, but it was absent. The front door did not close properly, which allowed too much noise in. These issues affected my stay.

The location was quite central, I will give them that. the room's facilities were disappointing. The photos showed a wardrobe, but it was missing. the front door didn't close properly (I felt a bit unsafe because of this), so street noise was very noticeable at night.
