The staff were friendly and helpful. I was given a map and good recommendations when i arrived. Breakfast offered fresh bread, eggs, and a wide variety (i really enjoyed it). The location is great. It's a quick walk to main attractions. I had dinner the first night. It helped me settle in after my airport transfer.

The room was a bit cold. The heating did not work well, and it was quite uncomfortable at night. I think they should improve the heating system.

Staff members were helpful with restaurant recommendations and taxi bookings. The staff allowed guests to nap and stay in their rooms after checkout. They served breakfast earlier than planned to accommodate tour schedules.

Some Issues Need Addressing

sewage smellhidden charges

The room smelled like sewage the entire time. It made it hard to relax, especially in the evenings. they added extra charges when I paid with a card. I wish they had mentioned this beforehand. It felt a bit sneaky and ruined the experience.

a lovely riad experience

The building was lovely, maintained well, and very comfortable. the pictures on the advert are accurate to what i saw. it was quiet from the busy streets and a short walk to the main attractions. the staff was kind and helpful. They constantly tended to the rooms.

The building offers great views from the roof, and there is a stylish interior. it is located within easy walking distance to main attractions and there is much to enjoy. The building is lovely, maintained well, and very comfortable.

The welcome was warm, and the staff showed a can-do attitude. nothing seemed like too much trouble, and i felt well looked after. the room was spacious, with excellent linen and very clean. The staff were wonderful.
