Staff was very helpful arranging tea in the evenings. The building and my room was even better than the photos. I found a good standard of cleanliness throughout the building. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom included a hot, powerful shower.
The stairs are very steep so you need to be careful.

the staff was helpful (i guess that's their job). they gave us coffee when we arrived.
The room smelled strongly of cat urine. It was really off-putting. the balcony furnishings were sprayed by cats, i even saw it happen. a freshly changed pillow had been urinated on. I only discovered this after sleeping on it all night. (Yuck).

the staff was helpful. amina and her team worked hard to ensure our comfort.. they provided a welcome and took great care of us. the pool area had beautiful trees and plants which added to the charm of the hotel. the dining room was also very beautiful.
the ceiling in our bathroom was leaking when it rained. the floor would get soaking wet and a loud banging noise occurred on the sink.

Wonderful stay at a Charming Riad

The staff was very friendly. Othmane checked us in and gave a detailed tour with a map of recommendations for the area. Abderahman made sure we were all set for an earlier breakfast. Chef Najat prepared the most delicious appetizers, chicken tagine, and dessert for dinner.
The riad requires a deep cleaning. Some seating areas in public places didn't feel clean. I also noticed larvae swimming in the upstairs pool.

The many plants created a calm atmosphere. I found the sound of birds to be a nice touch. The riad provided a hairdryer the same day I asked for it.

i found the staff particularly helpful with directions. they offered a map and marked key locations (souks and restaurants). the breakfast included fresh juice and pastries daily. the courtyard provided a tranquil space, sheltered from the city sounds. luggage transport was available with a golf vehicle.
the pool was a bit small.

The staff were very kind and helpful (i appreciated that a lot!).
I was disappointed by the strong odor of cat urine throughout the hotel. It permeated the seating areas and even seemed to affect some of the furniture in my room. the upstairs pool contained larvae, so I could not use it.
