unclear directions breakfast eggs
I found a couple of issues . The eggs at breakfast were not fresh. Also , navigating to the hotel was surprisingly difficult. The directions were unclear , and parking was non existent , made arrival quite stressful. I definitely expected better attention to these details.

I found the staff helpful and accommodating. They assisted with restaurant bookings and transfers. Our room included a little patio. I enjoyed having meals and drinks in this area. The rooftop bar was very good.
The hotel did not clearly state that parking is unavailable, a detail I wish I had known beforehand. Finding my way was challenging.

Breakfast was generous, including fresh fruit, local dishes and various breads. The dinner atmosphere in the courtyard was beautiful. The presentation and flavors during dinner were great.

I used the spa and had a wonderful hammam and massage. The spa treatment left me feeling refreshed. The riad had a cocktail menu and domestic beers and wines were available.

The staff greeted us warmly with drinks upon arrival. They gave us restaurant recommendations, and they helped us exchange money. The staff even checked in the next day to see how our dinner went.

really good kindness excellent recommendations best treatment
the staff showed really good kindness. they offered help with exchanging money. they also provided excellent restaurant recommendations. i found the hammam very nice, it was the best spa treatment i ever had.
the hotel is a little difficult to access. it wasn't clear that parking isn't available.

i stayed in a junior suite. it included its own courtyard. the room had a calm, elegant feel to it and the bathroom was gorgeous. the whole space was like a peaceful hideaway.

the riad is tucked away in the kasbah area. it felt quiet and relaxing. it's only about a 20 min walk to jemaa el-fnaa. it was the perfect balance of being close to the action yet peaceful.

The riad itself is quite pretty. The staff were polite.
I was hoping for amazing Moroccan food, though it was only okay. The chicken couscous was too dry. It lacked flavor. The bread was stale.
