Wonderful Hotel Experience!
lovely breakfast soundproofed hotel relaxed bar peaceful pool
The breakfast service was really nice and exceeded my expectations. I had a good sleep every night because the hotel seemed soundproofed very well. The lobby bar was relaxed. All the staff members were professional and lovely. The pool area offered a lovely and peaceful experience.

The room was clean. It was well-kept daily by housekeeping. The room size was adequate and included comfortable beds with fresh linens. I slept soundly. The provided amenities met all needs. I enjoyed the restful environment.

The breakfast buffet was delicious. It offered a wide variety of options. Food at the pool bar was excellent. The restaurant had a varied menu, and the meals I had were excellent!!!

lovely family getaway!
huge bedrooms kiddie pool palm trees
We had such a blast . the family room was perfect! it actually had two huge bedrooms that had a door that connected them. the pool area was amazing. It had palm trees all around, and the kids had a blast in the kiddie pool.
the hotel staff didn't seem to greet guests with much enthusiasm when i arrived. nobody offered to help with my luggage. i wish their welcome felt warmer!

Really good Stay!
friendly staff fantastic selection really good job
I found the staff consistently helpful and friendly. Breakfast included a fantastic selection of options (especially the pastries!). The whole hotel was kept clean, and the housekeeping did an really good job. I really enjoyed the large and peaceful pool area.
The hotel bar was a bit noisy at night. I could hear it from my fifth-floor room.

The staff at the restaurant were very friendly, providing attentive and helpful service throughout my dining experiences. Reception staff were also helpful, promptly addressing my requests and providing useful information whenever needed. I could always rely on them.

The hotel is in a quiet residential area. A short walk takes you to the beach and beach bars. Vilamoura is reachable with a walk on the beach. It is worth it.

long queue forgotten shuttle
the breakfast situation was a real letdown. i hate it when i have to get my own coffee in a so-called luxury hotel with a queue at the machine. it's even worse when the hot food is already cold by the time i get back to my table (and the tea tasted like dishwater). also, we booked the beach shuttle, but the receptionist 'forgot'. we had to ask again after waiting a ridiculous amount of time.

the breakfast offered a high-quality selection with great choice
the staff at reception were not cute i felt almost ignored upon arrival nobody offered help with luggage this didn't feel like a five-star experience the pool furniture looked old and crammed together the rooms need some updating as they don't meet five-star standards

excellent choice attentive staff
the breakfast had excellent choices. the main restaurant was spacious with attentive staff. i found the reception staff very helpful. a private beach area was also available. it was a 15-minute walk to that beach, in a quiet residential area.
i found that hotel does not provide additional drinking water in the rooms.
