long queueforgotten shuttle
the breakfast situation was a real letdown. i hate it when i have to get my own coffee in a so-called luxury hotel with a queue at the machine. it's even worse when the hot food is already cold by the time i get back to my table (and the tea tasted like dishwater). also, we booked the beach shuttle, but the receptionist 'forgot'. we had to ask again after waiting a ridiculous amount of time.

the breakfast offered a high-quality selection with great choice
the staff at reception were not cute i felt almost ignored upon arrival nobody offered help with luggage this didn't feel like a five-star experience the pool furniture looked old and crammed together the rooms need some updating as they don't meet five-star standards

excellent choiceattentive staff
the breakfast had excellent choices. the main restaurant was spacious with attentive staff. i found the reception staff very helpful. a private beach area was also available. it was a 15-minute walk to that beach, in a quiet residential area.
i found that hotel does not provide additional drinking water in the rooms.
