distant parking unclean bathroom floor
The parking was quite far from the room, annoying. there were also no tea or coffee facilities initially. These only arrived as we were leaving. the bathroom floor needed a good clean.

shower mould flushing problem
the onsite spar was staffed with helpful people.
i found the shower holder covered in grime and mould which was unacceptable. i also had issues with the toilet which would not flush. these issues severely impacted my experience.

clean room tea coffee distant parking missing amenities
the room was very clean. there was plenty of tea and coffee provided.
there wasn't any parking near the room. i had to park quite far away. there wasn't any tea, coffee, or milk in our room either.

a sweet escape
organized activity ample tea safe room near parking
facilities here are great for children. activities feel organized. everything felt available on site. i would not needed to leave the resort. ample tea, coffee and milk was available. rooms where clean and safe. parking was near. i could walk to all amenities.
i found no tea or coffee making facilities upon arrival. i got them only when i was leaving.

cold pool faulty lockers
The spa visit I booked wasn't great I noticed that the main pool was cold. Many people seemed uncomfortable I saw them huddling. The quiet room's door did not close well it was loud. the lockers were faulty. Staff had to assist multiple guests.
