missing air conditioning hallway noise
the staff was friendly.
the room lacked air conditioning, i had to open the window. there was a gap under the door so i could hear everything in the hallway. i expected more for the price i paid.

The room felt quite dated. i found the shower cramped, it. also, the bar area lacked any real atmosphere. It just felt a bit shabby and not somewhere i wanted to spend much time.

central location free parking chipped furniture hard closing
the location is central. i liked that i could easily walk to many places. the free car park was also very convenient..
the room i stayed in needed some updates. i noticed chipped furniture and cracked paint. the doors also closed very hard, which could be disturbing if people are up early or coming in late.

the location was acceptable, near the main attractions.
I requested a quiet room BUT, mine was next to the elevator. The constant noise kept me awake. the shower pressure was also WEAK.

I enjoyed a double room with ample space. the room included a clean bathroom. i appreciated the comfortable bed. It promoted restful sleep, after long days of exploration. the staff addressed my needs very quickly.
i experienced some noise from adjacent rooms early one morning. it disrupted what was otherwise a peaceful stay.

Excellent Location and River Views
central location river view free parking clean bathroom
The hotel is centrally located and next to the river which I liked very much. The room was very spacious with views of the river and castle. The bathroom had both a bath and shower and everything was clean. The free parking was definitely a plus, they provide a ticket for the barrier.
The hotel room lacked air conditioning which is pretty standard nowadays. The gap under the door let in a lot of hallway noise. Some TV channels did not work properly.

The hotel is near the heart of the city and is across from the castle. It is situated by the riverbank with very nice views of the surroundings. Many pubs and restaurants are within walking distance.

The reception staff greeted guests with smiles and were available to help. The breakfast service was extensive. Staff are willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests are satisfied.
