Excellent Stay with Great River Views

The hotel room provided an excellent view directly above the river. It was an easy walk to many museums and the Duomo, and there were ample choices for dining nearby. Every staff member I encountered was helpful and spoke multiple languages. Alexandra at the hotel bar was especially kind. Her service was nice.
The air conditioning could not be controlled directly from the room, it had to be adjusted via reception. This led to some discomfort during the night as the temperature wasn't always ideal.

The air conditioning system's control was managed only through the reception, not directly in the room.

The location proved ideal for exploring. I easily accessed the city's highlights. going above and beyond.. really good service. The breakfast offered much selection. My morning was complete.
The lobby always smelled like a kitchen. This made it unpleasant during meal times. The shower had a small glass partition. No matter how i angulated the shower head, it kept spraying out. The personnel were not helpful.
