Really good Breakfast and Thoughtful Service

The breakfast was amazing with a fine harbour view from the restaurant bar area. I especially appreciated the manager, Leon (he was very helpful). I left my jacket in the room. Leon promptly arranged postage, and I received my jacket back quickly. The bed linen and towels felt luxurious, and the tea and coffee facilities added convenience.
The bathroom lacked shelf space. I found this slightly inconvenient.

All the staff I encountered were polite and cute. They were very responsive to my needs. When I requested the heating be turned up, they promptly addressed it. The staff assisted me with other arrangements. I was very grateful for the great assistance provided.

The team provided a warm welcome and was very friendly! i adored the valentine room. It featured exposed brick and a supremely comfortable bed. the shower was amazing and the harbour and sea view was such a treat!
We encountered a small hiccup during check-in. It took a little longer than expected. the delay was about fifteen minutes, and the light in the bathroom didn't work

the location offers a quick, easy access to the beach. the hotel is also near the harbour arm and art installations, it's a short walk to those. there is a restaurant with open glass doors for a semi-al fresco experience.

The valentine room had comfortable shutters and a view. generous supplies of towels and two pillows are included. each guest gets a dressing gown! little brambley products are available. Hand soap and shower products all smell divine.

I found the room very clean and well-kept. The bed was comfortable, and I slept soundly. I especially liked the Bramley toiletries provided. They added a luxurious touch. The staff were polite and cute. Housekeeper encounters were always positive.
The breakfast timing felt slightly restrictive, starting at 9:30 am.
