the air conditioning shut down, and i couldn't open the windows. it was too warm to sleep, and i found it miserable. i was really annoyed.

the staff was very nice from arrival. ece and valeria at reception were friendly and very helpful. everyone at the hotel. the location was convenient, near trevi but quiet at night.
the cleanliness in the bathroom needed more attention. i noticed mold in the corners and a lack of ventilation.
