The staff was helpful. They arranged a guide for a day and it was an excellent experience. Breakfast offered a fantastic selection of food I enjoyed.
The internet was poorly working. I didn't like the requirement to wear a cap in the spa for the pool. They do not provide it for free.

the location is unbeatable (i loved being so central!). breakfast had so many fresh options every single day.
the gym facilities are in a small basement room without windows, it felt a bit crowded.

This hotel offers a great location near major attractions. The staff are helpful and organized trips and taxis promptly. I found the rooms to be cleaned daily. there were free afternoon snacks (a welcome touch). The pool area is also lovely, and storage is plentiful, with good use of wardrobe space, lots of hangers, and shelves.
The street in front of the building is used only for the tram line, so taxi drivers don't know where to drop you off. (It wasn't a big deal).

The room had an adequate size and was well kept. The shower worked perfectly. I found the bed to be comfortable and conducive to restful sleep after a long day of sightseeing.

The breakfast buffet provided a wide selection of items. Many choices were available. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries. The service in the dining area was efficient and attentive.

This hotel has a perfect location for sightseeing (especially the tram station is close). Many restaurants are nearby. Walking to main attractions is definitely possible. Public transport is easily accessible from the hotel.

The spa facilities are excellent. The pool looked very inviting. I saw that the hotel offered use of facilities at sister hotels. These are very close to the hotel itself.
