Really good Bosphorus Experience
superior roommaintained interiorexcellent restaurantshigh standard
I found the rooms superior to other hotels I recently visited. The interiors looked well kept. Both the Ist Too and Shang Palace restaurants provided excellent meals. The indoor pool and spa area met high standards.
The security process upon entering the hotel felt somewhat repetitive due to frequent bag scanning.

The room featured a spacious layout and comfortable beds. The bathroom included premium toiletries and fluffy towels. I found the soundproofing effective, ensuring a quiet environment.

faulty climate controlobstructed view
The room's climate control seemed faulty. The temperature remained uncomfortably warm despite adjustments. It was difficult to sleep well because of this. Also. A full view would have improved the experience greatly!
