the hotel was a short walk from the train station, accessible directly from the airport. hotel staff responded quickly to email and whatsapp messages. the hotel had a homely vibe, very clean, and provided immaculate towels and bed clothes. smiling staff greeted me upon arrival.

the hosts provided really good details for accessing the hotel late upon arrival and even sent a super useful video. the staff were very friendly, and the overall service was amazing!!! little gifts were left.

a coffee machine and a water dispenser were available in the lobby, which i thought was a nice detail. there was also a nice restaurant just across the road from the hotel, very convenient for meals. i did not have any issues.

I found the location quite convenient. It was close to the train station. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the complimentary wine and fruit upon arrival was a nice touch. we loved the boutique style of the decor. it felt gorgeous and very comfortable.
the room was smaller than expected, especially with the placement of the bathtub.

The location was convenient. the room was clean. I found it modern and well-kept. i received a welcome package that included fruit and wine, a nice touch. the staff's friendliness and helpfulness added positively to my stay.

The location was excellent near Roma Termini. I found the staff helpful and courteous. I received lovely welcome gifts upon arrival and departure. The hotel room featured a spa and I enjoyed access to a sauna.
The soundproofing could have been better. I could hear some street noise.

the location proved excellent. it was very close to the main train station. quite near the colosseum (i walked there without problems). excellent restaurants sat nearby as i walked toward the colosseum.
the photos seemed a bit deceiving to me. they made the rooms look newer than they actually were. our room felt older, and i noticed some mould spots on the roof and a stain on the pillow case.
