Wonderful Stay with Ocean Views

This hotel provided a nice experience. The scenery overlooking the cliffs to the beach was lovely. The staff greeted us warmly. Dinner at the hotel was fantastic and nice. Our room was roomy with an outdoor patio and updated furnishings. The location connects to the Fisherman's Trail offering cliff views.
The beds were firm I would have preferred them to be softer for better sleep.

rude staffslow service
The front desk service needs improvement. While one receptionist was helpful, others were unwelcoming and rude. Little information was given about hotel amenities at check-in. No assistance was offered with luggage from the room to the car. The slow service at the pool, where drinks took 20-30 minutes to arrive, also detracted from the experience. We are frustrated by these inconsistencies..

The hotel location was lovely, perched high above the ocean. i enjoyed easy access to the fisherman's trail, a scenic path along the cliffs. the breakfast offerings included a diverse buffet and cooked-to-order items from the menu. It was a good start to each day. the staff consistently provided helpful recommendations for exploring the area.
The pool area, while beautiful, sometimes lacked sufficient shade during the hottest hours. This made it challenging to relax comfortably.

My beautiful double room featured modern furnishings and a spacious layout. It also had a private patio. the bathroom offered both a rainfall shower and a separate soaking tub. high-quality toiletries were provided daily. This detail was much appreciated.
