The hotel staff were helpful. I received tips via WhatsApp about local places to visit and eat. Breakfast included delicious pastries (especially the croissants) and coffee, available on a terrace. The location is near a metro station. The city center is only about 20 minutes away.
The surrounding area was not pleasant. the trams passing by were loud in my room, so loud that I constantly checked the window to see if it was open. The bathroom was small, appearing older than the rest of the room.

The location was very convenient near the termini station. It made getting around easy. breakfast was free and offered pastries and coffee each morning. i found the staff to be helpful, assisting with directions and information.
The walls were thin. I could hear noises from neighboring rooms and the hallway, slightly disruptive.

The room was much smaller then i thought. the bathroom was also old and VERY cramped. I felt very uncomfortable there. the air conditioner was not working great. it made a lot of noise but didnt really cool the room, so i did not sleep great. it was a real disappointment.
