The hotel location is very central. It is near Piazza Navona. Many restaurants are also nearby. Breakfast at the Santa Lucia bar was delicious. Luggage storage was a useful amenity. I found the staff accommodating.
The sound insulation was not perfect, so I could hear some noise from the corridor.

The staff were helpful and available. They answered questions quickly. Communication via WhatsApp was efficient. Early check-in was possible after I requested it and the host accommodated. I really appreciated their kindness.

The location is very central and convenient. It is near many attractions. A taxi stand is located just down the street. The hotel is easy to reach by bus. Everything was accessible.

The room was clean, well-kept and large. It had plenty of space to relax. Bed linen and towels are clean. The beds was comfortable, and the room offered a peaceful atmosphere. I was happy.

The hotel offers luggage storage and transfer services. The transfer from and to the airport was great. Breakfast is included in my reservation and served in a bar nearby. The bar has a great atmosphere.
