good stay in a charming place
clean place friendly host breakfast inclusion
i found the place spotlessly clean. the host proved friendly. breakfast was included, a total bonus. i really liked how close it was to the train station, just a short walk (so handy!).
i noticed the bed was slightly too firm for my liking, though everything else was great. it's just a personal preference, i guess.

parking permit cereal selection comfortable room well labeled hotel
Sean ensured i had a parking permit upon my arrival, SO helpful. The breakfast included a wonderful spread. I loved the cereal, fruit, and toast selection. My room was comfortable and clean. It reminded me of home. Everything was very well labeled, made navigating the hotel easy.
the wi-fi SIGNAL was a little weak at times, it's true.

the room was VERY comfortable with kitchen access. sean, the host, was warm and friendly. he was helpful throughout my stay. i found this particularly useful during my trip.
i found THERE werent MANY good places TO eat nearby. there were many delivery leaflets though. bishop aukland ITSELF was a little tired.

sean greeted me right away and showed me all the available amenities. he even pointed out the kitchen for guest use and a continental breakfast was provided. the room included a kettle with tea and coffee. i found plenty of towels and a bathrobe. sean also provided a temporary parking permit. the continental breakfast was generous and varied.

the owner was helpful and provided clear instructions. the price included a continental breakfast. the breakfast offered fruit , a variety of cereals, yoghurt, pancakes, toasts, and crumpets. the room and bathroom size was good and kept super clean.
he tried to charge me for previous damage to a windowsill.

the room was clean and quiet. the location was good for accessing the train station which was a short walk away.
the town itself seemed a little run-down. good places to eat were not very close by, though many delivery options were available.

The host was very attentive to my needs.
I was quite disappointed by the limited parking. I had to park down the street. This meant a longer walk with my luggage.. it wasn't ideal at all.
