Stylish Stay in a Great Location

My room had excellent soundproofing. I did not hear any street noise. The rooftop bar has fantastic views of the surrounding area and offered a relaxing atmosphere. Maryam, the Arabic translator, was helpful and greatly improved my stay. Her kindness was really AMAZING!!!

The breakfast buffet could use more variety to keep it fresh.

The staff was always very warm and cute. Maryam provided Arabic translation. She was very sweet and kind, especially when helping with local recommendations and directions. The reception was helpful with luggage storage after check-out.

Great location, modern room

The hotel location is great. I enjoyed close proximity to Karaköy street plus nice restaurants. The room was clean. It had a lovely vibe. Early check-in was very appreciated after my long trip. I thank Meriem from Guest Relations for this.

The corridors were a little dark. Eco lighting only activated when I walked past. The corridors smelled of sewage on my floor during the day, then it disappeared in the evenings. The rooftop bar was closed.

The room design was modern. It had a cozy feel. I saw helpful staff. The room also includes comfortable beds that ensure a restful night. There are super clean amenities available for all guests.

Staff responded quickly when I needed robes. Staff responded also for toothpaste. They even sent housekeeping late at night after I spilled food. The staff were always friendly. I like professional conduct of the team.

the staff surprised us with rose petals on our king-sized bed. cookies waited in the room upon arrival, a thoughtful touch. a cake arrived with a birthday song, fun. complimentary breakfast and coffee added to the positive experience. we loved the lobby, it felt very calm and beautiful.

i noticed a small crack on the window in the room, but it didn't affect the view.

the beautiful double room included standard amenities, we found them all functional. the bed was quite large and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. there was adequate storage space for luggage, this helped keep the room tidy.
