the location was acceptable. it was close to some tourist spots..
the room i got wasn't exactly clean. the bathroom door looked broken, and the showerhead sprayed water everywhere. breakfast service was slow, and some items seemed to run out early.. it wasn't the best experience.

the hotel's location was fab. it was super easy to walk to many restaurants and main tourist spots. plus public transport was super handy too! the room was really clean and beds felt good after a day of exploring. breakfast had lots options and i liked it.
the room we got didn't exactly match the photos, but it was just a little bit.

The rooftop terrace was accessible. It had chairs. there was a lift and it helped with luggage. wifi access was free throughout the building and it worked perfectly.

The staff at reception were super approachable and also professional. I saw they helped other guests. breakfast service was friendly and the staff freshly made eggs for us. they assisted quickly with requests.

the hotel had a great spot near to main attractions and public transport was very close. several restaurants are a few minutes by walk. many shops are also near the hotel.

The air conditioning BARELY worked. It was HOT in the room all night. I did not sleep well. Breakfast was less than basic. There were 2 types of salads, some cut up cucumber and cereal. There really wasn't much to eat. The cups for the coffee machine were too small and the drinks were spilling over. The hotel is also on a steep hill. I found that annoying.
