the room was modern. It had everything i needed for my stay before my flight. The included breakfast had great options. the staff were lovely AND efficient.
the shower had a poor design. The drain gap was not large enough and it caused a bit of flooding. The safe didn't work that well at all. you can only add 3 digits or it won't work.

the staff greeted me warmly and quickly showed me to my room. i appreciated the clean room and the presence of all the necessary amenities. the hotel offered parking and i noticed several shops and dining options within walking distance.
the soundproofing wasn't great i could hear some noise from the hallway.

The staff were friendly and very helpful . the common areas were super clean and well maintained. i found a lovely library with novels near the entrance. It created a warm first impression.
The room i had was quite small and felt cramped. i couldn't open the cupboard for the fridge because the nightstand blocked it. i was also asked to pay £20 for parking.

The room was spacious for my family. it included air conditioning which was GREATLY appreciated. we had access to convenient parking right at the hotel. the bathroom was modern. It featured very clean fixtures.
The soundproofing wasn't perfect. I could hear some hall noise.

The heating did not work. There was no bin in the room, nor was there a mirror outside of the bathroom. Tea-making facilities lacked spoons (I had to stir my tea with a fork).
