A Decent Hotel with Some Issues

The location is super convenient. It is close to Oxford Street and Hyde Park, and also Marylebone and Notting Hill, which I loved! I especially thought the bag delivery to my room was a nice extra.

The food was disappointing. I ordered chicken for dinner, but it tasted strongly of salt. It was very off-putting. The TV did not work, which ruined our evening. I also found the pillows and duvet really awful.

The breakfast was delicious. Service was very efficient.

My room, the Venture Room, had significant issues. The air conditioning sounded like an old tractor making it impossible to rest. The hotel needs to address these problems immediately.
