The personnel were always polite. A special effort was made by the cleaner. I appreciated the wonderful cake given to my husband for his birthday as a surprise. Our time here was nice.

The drinks were served only at the bar. This often resulted in queues. Self-service would have been much better. I would have prefered to access drinks quicker.

The main restaurant always had plentiful options at each meal. I found the dessert selection particularly good, and I appreciated the chefs attention to detail. There was a good variety of dishes.

The room was very spacious with comfortable seating. The bathroom was newly renovated with modern fixtures. Daily towel changes and regular water replenishment were nice. The bed was big and comfortable.

The hotel offered a free shuttle bus to the city center. It was a new mercedes sprinter with a luxury interior. I used the spa and found the massage well worth the cost.

Every staff member I encountered was warm and friendly. When I requested an iron, it arrived within minutes. The management and animation team were attentive without being intrusive. The staff consistently checked if i was happy.

i found the room quite spacious and very clean. the bed was super comfortable. the all-inclusive meals were varied and nice... i especially liked the beautiful display at the buffet restaurant. the shuttle to the golf course was most welcome.

i noticed some cracked and uneven tiles around the pool area.

i loved the spacious, super clean room and the very comfortable bed.. it really helped me relax. the all-inclusive food offered delicious variety. the buggy service to the golf course was also convenient.

the coffee machines at breakfast needed frequent refilling, which sometimes caused a small delay.
