A Decent Hotel with Some Issues

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast had good options including a nice Moroccan breakfast. The pool area was nice. I appreciated the easy walk into the central market area.
The bathroom had some issues. A few things were broken. The shower flooded the bathroom. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall. I noticed paint on the mirror. The cleaners never gave us bath robes after our first night.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. manal and mohamed were particularly great. the location is good. The train station is a short walk away (about 10 minutes).
the bathroom wasn't cleaned well. i found some hair in the shower. the coffee table had stains on it (which was a bit unpleasant).

manal at the front desk arranged an airport transfer. This process was very smooth. the rooftop pool area had a bar and a food menu from the restaurant. This was convenient. the room was spacious and quiet. The bed was very comfortable.
The stairwells had low roofs. I hit my head a couple of times there.

the hotel is in a vibrant area. many restaurants and shops are nearby. the hotel is a short taxi ride from the airport and the medina. i found this location very convenient.

the breakfast provided at the downstairs restaurant was very nice. the food was AMAZING!!! three breakfast options were available. the restaurant also offers a limited food menu at the rooftop bar.

The room had a tv with netflix and youtube available. the upstairs pool area is nice and has a staffed bar. the rooftop pool and bar is a place to relax and watch the sunset. That's very cool.
