great value and handy location

i stayed for three nights in a superior double room. the staff was very helpful with luggage storage because i arrived before check-in. the rooftop pool was a nice addition. i appreciated the quick room preparation and early check-in.
the air conditioning wasn't strong enough to keep up with the heat, so the room got a bit warm during the day. it was difficult to get the temperature just right. this made it a bit uncomfortable in the afternoons.

the hotel is situated in a convenient area with several fast food restaurants nearby including kfc and mcdonald's. i found it easy to access shopping options with zara and h&m within a short walk, roughly a few minutes. the gueliz area is also very close.

My room featured a spacious layout and a comfortable bed. It was clean and well-kept. the tv had no satellite channels. the bathroom facilities included a shower and standard amenities.

The breakfast buffet included a wide variety of items. The buffet was quite good. the restaurant offered room service. i enjoyed the coffee and pastries in the mornings (especially the selection of jams!).

the breakfast had a nice variety of food and beverages. the staff were friendly and helpful. they even called taxis for the airport and printed off my boarding pass.
i noticed the hotel did not sell alcohol. the sound proofing was not effective, i could hear noise from the street.

the rooftop pool was fantastic. it was kept very clean. the staff was kind and helpful. i always found a pleasant scent upon entering the hotel.
the bed was hard. we often had cold water. the shower head was broken, and there was no lamp above the mirror.

The room included a safe. the air conditioning worked well. the bathroom had complimentary toiletries, including shampoo and soap. It was restocked daily. fresh towels were provided each day.

the location was convenient to bus and train stations. the hotel is in a lively and quiet area. several restaurants are nearby. it allowed good walks or cheap taxis.
