A Medina Stay to Remember

The staff offered really good service each day. I felt welcomed and supported. I needed a ticket printed, and the staff handled my request quickly. The receptionists were really kind. They offered great assistance. Breakfast was also a pleasant experience. It was generous and fresh each morning. I particularly enjoyed the terrace setting.
The pool was available. The water was somewhat chilly.

the location worked for me, a short walk to the main square was easy. the riad had a nice pool, i did use it for a cool down one afternoon and felt refreshed.
breakfast didn't include fresh juice, it was a machine and tasted watered down.

The staff was amazing. The location was also perfect.
The room had a strong odor, and the bedsheets had holes. The room's condition was substandard. I don't recommend this place.
