fantastic experience!

I stayed several nights. the staff was very friendly! the breakfast had a super good selection with reasonable prices. I really enjoyed the salt and sweet options. the free shuttle bus took me to the metro station and dubai mall!
i noticed the housekeeping wasn't perfect! the bathroom wasn't cleaned well, and i saw some dust in the room.

The location is convenient. it's a quick 15-minute drive to both the airport and the excellent mall. i found juma from the front office particularly helpful. He always went the extra mile. ahmad also had a positive spirit, which i enjoyed a lot!!! the on-site market was convenient. I found everything i needed there.
the service from the reception desk felt a bit slow.

My room was very clean. The location is quite good. An ADNOC station is right next to the building. Underground parking made it easy to come and go. I appreciated the convenience.
I had to ask multiple times for a water bottle and it took 2-3 hours to arrive and I only received one. there was no dental kit, shaving kit, or iron in the room.

The gym has several pieces of equipment like treadmills and bikes. There is a pool area with loungers available . guests have access to a games room with table tennis, darts, and a PlayStation corner.

the staff was friendly even if the hotel seems to be self-service.
the air quality inside the building was BAD. i tried two different rooms, but it smelled of sweat and cigarettes. the lobby uses strong aroma diffusers I found irritating.

The staff was pleasant. My room was clean, and I think it was an appropriate space. The proximity to the trade center meets my needs.
The air conditioner did not cool. The TV did not work. This was an inconvenience, though they assisted with it.
