The hotel has a direct connection to a shopping center. This provided convenient access to various retail and dining options, it was great. The breakfast featured a wide assortment of choices, including gluten-free bread. My husband was very happy about it.
The elevators were insufficient, and sometimes waiting took too long. It was slightly annoying.

The breakfast had many options. I found a nice variety. The view from my room was very nice. The room was also clean. I was allowed to check out late at 14:00.
Check-in began at 14:00. I arrived at 01:30 the next morning, paying for the entire day. The booked double room was not available, unfortunately. The staff offered a twin room for that night. They suggested I move to a more suitable room the next day, but I declined.

The gym WAS acceptable and had decent equipment.
My experience was frustrating. The room service food was COLD, and it took forever to arrive. This REALLY bothered me. I felt misled by the hotel description.

I found the room to be spacious. It came with two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The hotel connects directly to Festival City Mall offering great convenience.

The signature suite had a wonderful creek view and provided club access. The hotel is connected to a mall that adds great convenience. The location offers easy access for shopping and dining.
Housekeeping did not leave middle-sized towels one day however, it was fixed the next day after reporting it.

comfortable room convenient mall warm welcome
the rooms were big and comfortable.. the mall connected to the hotel was convenient. i appreciated the proximity to everything. the welcome was warm.
i chose a room expecting a specific view, but dotted stickers on the windows obscured it. this diminished the fountain view and other events, disappointing.
