the villa was well-equipped. it included everything i needed for my stay (i was particularly happy with the washing machine). the cleaning service came daily, a great bonus! the staff, especially carlos, tomas, and aimara, were very kind and helpful.
the hotel sits near a busy road. i found the noise levels high at times (it was quite disruptive). the restaurant location wasn't ideal. it lacked windows and an outdoor terrace.

the location was'nt the best for a hotel like this. it was like it was near a commercial area and two streets were always there.

Really good Villa Stay

The villa provided a five-star hotel experience with a perfect setup for relaxation. The sitting room, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen were great. The plunge pool offered sun exposure throughout the day. The villa had nice towelling robes and slippers. A good coffee machine provided free water, and a big fridge offered ample storage. I found the spa clean. It stayed open until 10pm.
The location near a busy road caused some noise. This slightly affected the otherwise tranquil atmosphere.

underwhelming experience despite appearances

constant noisebasement restaurant
the villa looked nice at first, but the noise was a problem. roads on both sides made it hard to sleep. also, the restaurant felt strange. it was in the basement without windows, i don't want to eat inside on tenerife.
