ismael by the pool was very helpful. he always checked if i needed something. the rooms was immaculate and well presented. breakfast was superb with a large range of options.
the pools presented a big disappointment. the lining is abrasive, so i have to be careful. the umbrellas were poorly designed and it was hard to get proper shade. towels are shorter than sunbeds, so the experience wasn't good.

my junior suite swim up room had fabulous views. the bed was huge and very comfortable. breakfast had many choices and great service.
I was charged for ice. I like a drink in my room and i've always had ice provided. this is the first place i've been charged for ice.

The gym had modern equipment. It allowed me to keep up with my routine. breakfast offered a vast selection. There were many choices for all tastes. the staff were very attentive. ismael at the pool bar was particularly awesome. He.
i found the use of a mobile app to order drinks inconvenient. the quality of the virgin piña colada i ordered was poor. it consisted mainly of ice and lacked flavor.

An overall good stay

I especially appreciated the relaxed atmosphere at the pool. Ismael and his team made this possible and the lifeguards Lucas and Dennys also contributed. As a result, our children enjoyed many hours in the pool.
I found that the pools were not heated enough. Many hotel guests did not use them because they were too cold. I think that heating the pools adequately would significantly improve the experience.

Mixed Feelings on this Stay!

abrasive liningminibar refill
I found some issues impacted my stay. The minibar wasn't refilled. I thought that was a miss! the pools could use some love. The abrasive lining made swimming less enjoyable, and good luck finding shade. It's a shame, especially since the pools are a highlight.

The cleanliness was perfect. Housekeeping came twice daily. i was impressed by the staff around the pool, especially ismael, michelle, and diego. the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).
